## Dimming settings

The *Dimming curve* is designed to allow a smooth increase/decrease in brightness during dimming.
Because the human eye is more sensitive in the lower brightness range, the Enertex (D) curve is typically perceived as very smooth.

The parameter *Switch on with relative dimming* affects behavior when transitioning from OFF to ON with relative dimming.
If set to *No*, the channel won't switch on if it's OFF and a brightness > 0% is set via relative dimming.
If set to *Yes*, switching on is possible and the target brightness will be dimmed.

*Dimming speeds* define the time needed for dimming from 0% to 100%.
Separate times can be defined for turning on, off, as well as for absolute and relative dimming.
*Absolute dimming speed* is also used for fixed-value dimming (e.g., in bit scenes).
